This clinical focus article focuses on accessible hearing health information and is written in twofold. First, it outlines the connection between factors of patient-centered care, shared decision making, and health literacy on health outcomes. Second, it provides some practical strategies for providing and assessing accessible health information to promote patient-centeredness and shared decision making.
